Raychem WCSM Tubing

Raychem WCSM tubing is a heavy-wall sealant coated tubing rated for up to 1000 volts. For use on standard poly or elastomeric insulated / jacketed cable or lead-jacketed cables, which may include aluminum or steel armoring. WCSM tubing can be used to seal an in-line splice or terminal lug seal for non-flame retardant applications, cable re-jacketing and mechanical protection.

Sealant-coated WCSM tubing is qualified to ANSI C119.1 and rated to Western Underground guide 2.5. Also RUS accepted for use as a secondary tap or splice cover and for use as jacket restoration materials on JCN cable. WCSM tubing may be used for jacket repair on cable to 35 kilo volts.
WCSM tubing has a 4:1 shrink ratio and an unlimited shelf life when stored under normal conditions.

WCSM- supplied with a 12 mm id that shrinks down to 3 mm with lengths of 150,300 or 1200 mm
WCSM- supplied with a 16 mm id that shrinks down to 4 mm with lengths of 150, 300 or 1200 mm
WCSM- supplied with a 24 mm id that shrinks down to 6 mm with lengths of 150, 225, 300 or 1200 mm
WCSM- supplied with a 34 mm id that shrinks down to 8 mm with lengths of 150, 200, 225, 300 or 1200 mm
WCSM- supplied with a 48 mm id that shrinks down to 12 mm with lengths of 150, 225, 300 or 1200 mm
WCSM- supplied with a 56 mm id that shrinks down to 16 mm with lengths of 225, 300 or 1200 mm
WCSM- supplied with a 70 mm id that shrinks down to 20 mm with lengths of 300, 450, 600 or 1200 mm
WCSM- supplied with a 110 mm id that shrinks down to 30 mm with lengths of 300 mm and 1200 mm
WCSM - supplied with a 130 mm id that shrinks down to 35 mm with lengths of 300, 450 or 1200 mm
