TECK Splices for Teck Cable rated for use from 1000 Volts up to 15 Kilovolts

Designed specifically for TECK power cable, the Raychem TECK splice kits are easy to install and
are ideal for underground and cable tray applications. The splice is protected from moisture and
mechanical damage by two layers of adhesive-lined WCSM heavy-wall tubing and one layer of

CRSM wraparound sleeve.

Common TECK Sizes for Low-Voltage 1/C

TECK-10 supplied with a nominal cable range of #6-#1 AWG. TECK-10 has an Insulation Diameter minimum of 10 mm and a maximum of 15 mm. The Inner Jacket Diameter Range is 10-20 mm with an Outside Jacket Diameter Range of 20 to 30 mm. TECK-10's Maximum Connector Length is 50 mm and the total Splice Installed Length is 560 mm.

TECK-11 supplied with a nominal cable range of 1/0-3/0 AWG. TECK-11 has an Insulation Diameter minimum of 10 mm and a maximum of 20 mm. The Inner Jacket Diameter Range is 15-25 mm with an Outside Jacket Diameter Range of 25 to 30 mm. TECK-11's Maximum Connector Length is 90 mm and the total Splice Installed Length is 560 mm. 

TECK-12 supplied with a nominal cable range of 4/0-350 MCM. TECK-12 has an Insulation Diameter minimum of 15 mm and a maximum of 25 mm. The Inner Jacket Diameter Range is 20-30 mm with an Outside Jacket Diameter Range of 30 to 35 mm. TECK-12's Maximum Connector Length is 125 mm and the total Splice Installed Length is 635 mm.

TECK-532 supplied with a nominal cable range of 250-750 MCM. TECK-532 has an Insulation Diameter minimum of 15 mm and a maximum of 30 mm. The Inner Jacket Diameter Range is 45-115 mm with an Outside Jacket Diameter Range of 65 to 165 mm. The Maximum Connector Length is 105 mm and the total Splice Installed Length is 1830 mm.  

HVSA-3-1522S-TECK supplied with a nominal cable range of 250-350 kcmil. It requires an Insulation Diameter minimum of 23 mm and a maximum of 33 mm. The Inner Jacket Diameter Range is 65-150 mm with an Outside Jacket Diameter Range of 65 to 165 mm. The Maximum Connector Length is 140 mm and the total Splice Installed Length is 2030 mm.
