HVS - J (15 kV)

In-Line Splice For 1/C Jacketed Concentric Neutral Cables Rated for use at 15 Kilovolts

These pre-engineered Raychem HVS-J splice kits provide stress control, rebuild the shielding systems,
and restore primary cable insulation to 133% of the cable’s original insulation level.

In addition to the unique internal moisture seal, the SJ/EJ kits feature the MBSM wraparound
outer jacket which provides mechanical resistance to abrasion and impact, as well as an external
moisture seal.

HVS-C-1511S-J is supplied with an Insulation Diameter of 17 - 24 mm (A), a Jacket O.D. up to
30 mm (B). Maximum Connector Dimensions include an O.D. of 20 mm (C) and length of 100 mm (D).
The Kits Installed Length is 700 mm (L) with a Required Installation Space of 700 mm (M).

HVS-C-1512S-J is supplied with an Insulation Diameter of 23 - 33 mm (A), a Jacket O.D. up to
42 mm (B). Maximum Connector Dimensions include an O.D. of 30 mm (C) and length of 125 mm (D).
The Kits Installed Length is 700 mm (L) with a Required Installation Space of 700 mm (M).

HVS-C-1513S-J is supplied with an Insulation Diameter of 28 - 47 mm (A), a Jacket O.D. up to
48 mm (B). Maximum Connector Dimensions include an O.D. of 44 mm (C) and length of 150 mm (D).
The Kits Installed Length is 870 mm (L) with a Required Installation Space of 870 mm (M).

HVS-C-1514S-J is supplied with an Insulation Diameter of 33 - 48 mm (A), a Jacket O.D. up to
