TE Connectivity’s Raychem Rayfit HVS kits feature a metal laminated wraparound rejacketing
sleeve that reduces moisture-vapor transmission. This tough sleeve also protects the splice from
coincidental abrasion, back fill and handling damage.

Ground connections are made using heavy duty stainless steel spring clamps and tinned copper
braid. The ground connections have been tested to multiple reclosed faults in excess of 13-kA rms
without damage.

 HVS-C-1531S is supplied for a Conductor Size ranging #2-2/0 and has a Min.-Max Insulation Diameter of 17-24 mm (A). The Maximum Jacket O.D. is 30 mm (B) with a Maximum Connector O.D. of 20 mm (C) and Maximum Connector Length of 100 mm (D).

 HVS-C-1532S is supplied for a Conductor Size ranging 3/0-400 and has a Min.-Max Insulation Diameter of 23-33 mm (A). The Maximum Jacket O.D. is 42 mm (B) with a Maximum Connector O.D. of 30 mm (C) and Maximum Connector Length of 125 mm (D).

HVS-C-1533S is supplied for a Conductor Size ranging 500-750 and has a Min.-Max Insulation Diameter of 28-47 mm (A). The Maximum Jacket O.D. is 48 mm (B) with a Maximum Connector O.D. of 

44 mm (C) and Maximum Connector Length of 150 mm (D).

HVS-C-1534S is supplied for a Conductor Size ranging 750-1000 and has a Min.-Max Insulation Diameter of 33-48 mm (A). The Maximum Jacket O.D. is 58 mm (B) with a Maximum Connector O.D. of
